This project is for a certain printing factory. It adopts a combination of evaporative cooling integrated machines and fabric air ducts. The air ducts are general-purpose fabric air ducts, with a circular size of 600mm. The total length of the Air Duct is approximately 133m. The installation method uses double-row steel rope suspension, and the color of the air ducts is gray. The evaporative cooling integrated machine lowers the air temperature through the evaporation of water, which is more energy-efficient than traditional refrigeration equipment. The Fabric Air Duct optimizes the air flow transportation, reducing energy loss during the system's transportation process. Overall, it achieves higher energy utilization efficiency and lowers the energy consumption cost during long-term operation. Both evaporative cooling integrated machines and Bag Air Duct can maintain the stability of the supply air temperature, thus effectively preventing the occurrence of condensation. When used in combination, they can create an indoor environment with uniform temperature, gentle airflow and low noise, significantly enhancing the comfort of people and their working and living experiences.
