1. Will the fiber fabric ducts get moldy or cause condensation?
The fabric has a special antibacterial treatment function. During the ventilation process, the duct remains dry at all times, so it won't get moldy. Due to the duct material's micro-permeability, in the cooling condition, the temperature difference between the inner and outer walls can be eliminated through the permeation effect on the pipe wall, thus avoiding the formation of condensate water.
2. The service life of fiber fabric ducts?
All the ducts are made of fiber filaments and have undergone special treatment. They can usually maintain their original properties after being cleaned more than 50 times. The service life of the fabric is generally over 15 years.
Generally speaking, the ducts should be kept fully inflated and a certain static pressure must be maintained inside the ducts. The magnitude of this static pressure is usually related to the weight of the ducts, and the pressure loss of a straight duct is typically 1.5 Pa per meter.
4. What is the cost of the fiber fabric ducts?
The overall cost of fiber fabric ducts is usually 10% to 30% lower than that of traditional iron sheet ducts. Moreover, the larger the project scale, the more significant the cost advantage becomes.
5. Is the installation of fiber fabric ducts convenient?
Usually, the installation is organized by the customers themselves. Due to its simple installation process and light weight of the product, the installation period is only one fourtieth of that of traditional iron sheet ducts. Generally, two construction workers can complete the installation of no less than five ducts in a single day.
6. Can Bruno provide the design?
Our company has a professional design department and dedicated design staff. Customers only need to provide the project floor plan, the location of the main unit and relevant parameters, and our company can complete the design of the optimal ventilation scheme for free within three days.
