What are the air supply forms of the Bag Air Duct?

At present, the suitable air distribution pipes in engineering practice can be divided into three types: Low-speed type, medium-speed type, and high-speed type.

Low-speed type

The low-speed type is the first form of Fabric Air Duct, generally used for air conditioning environments with low wind speed requirements. The air in the air distribution pipe is completely infiltrated through the gaps between the textile structures on the surface of the air distribution pipe. The average air velocity is 0.05-0.5 m/s, and the air supply distance is short, so the distance between pipes should not be too large to ensure the uniformity of air supply throughout the room. Since the air volume per unit area is small, larger surface area air ducts should be provided if a larger air supply volume is required.

Medium-speed

The medium-speed type involves a low-speed fabric air duct product with the function of filtering and capturing dust particles. The filtering level reaches more than 99% (by counting method), ensuring the air cleanliness and maintaining the workshop cleanliness level at 100,000 or higher. This makes it highly suitable for meeting the cleanliness requirements in low-temperature food processing workshops.

High-speed

The air supply part of the high-speed air distribution pipe consists of nozzles installed on the side of the air distribution pipe, and the ventilation volume of the air distribution pipe body is also very small. The air velocity from the nozzle is 10-15 m/s, which is determined by the design requirement and noise value. It can drive 20 to 40 times the amount of air in a room, thanks to high-speed airflow. Due to the long distance of high-speed air supply, fabric air ducts are generally used in places with high space heights, such as storage areas.
