What is the cleaning cycle of the Bag Air Duct?

1. Freezing environment and food processing and other clean places

Such places generally adopt a large permeability of the air supply mode, and the use of this system requires very important long-term effective daily maintenance. Without proper cleaning and maintenance, the service life of the system will be reduced. According to the requirements of different working conditions, it is generally recommended that the cleaning cycle is three months. It should be particularly noted that because the Fabric Air Duct system is made of permeable fiber, when the duct system is used in an environment with a large number of food fibers, fats, solid particles, and dust, these substances tend to adhere to the fiber and cause deterioration. Therefore, the cleaning time of the duct system needs to be shortened: ordinary fiber fabrics once every 1-2 months, antibacterial fiber fabric cleaning intervals are slightly longer, once every 3-5 months, to ensure the cleanliness and service life of the fiber fabric duct system.

2. Commercial and public places

Such sites generally use small or medium permeability supply modes depending on the height of the system installation. This permeability of the fiber allows most of the air to be delivered through the spray holes, so fiber blockage is not our direct concern, and the system is usually installed in a higher space, so we believe that cleaning within a longer time range is not necessary. However, if it is found that the system fiber blockage is more serious and the work is in a less efficient state, or there is more obvious dust on the surface of the system, we need to clean the system. With the introduction of health standards requiring mandatory annual cleaning and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems in public places, it is generally recommended that the cleaning cycle be shortened to 6 months to 1 year.

3. Mass industrial plants, large sports venues and other places

Such places generally use minimal or micro-permeation of the air supply mode. For industrial plants, the system is usually installed in a higher space, so the minimum requirements for system cleaning and maintenance, according to different working conditions, it is generally recommended that the cleaning cycle is 2-3 years. For commercial and public places, the cleaning time can be appropriately extended according to the requirements of different working conditions, and it is generally recommended that the cleaning cycle be 1-2 years.
