This project is for a tobacco factory in Shandong Province. The air ducts adopt the form of main flat round air ducts and branch round air ducts. The dimensions of the main ducts are 1200*400mm and 1050*320mm, and the size of the branch ducts is 250mm. The total length of the air ducts is approximately 1485m. The color of the air ducts is gray, and the material of the air ducts is flame-retardant B1 grade. The branch pipes of this project adopt the internal support type air ducts. Through the internal support structure, the internal support air ducts can ensure that the air ducts maintain their circular appearance in both ventilated and non-ventilated states. Moreover, the fabric air ducts can achieve precise and uniform air flow distribution, ensuring that the temperature and humidity in all areas of the tobacco factory remain consistent. The material of the air duct is lightweight, which is convenient for installation, disassembly and maintenance.
