Application Description and Advantages of Inner Supporting Bag Air Duct

In the indoor air-conditioning system, air temperature is typically transmitted through the Air Duct system. The existing air ducts are mostly made of metal or plastic rigid air ducts. In recent years, fiber fabric ducts have appeared in air conditioning systems, offering advantages such as a simple structure, convenient installation, easy cleaning, and low production costs. However, in practical use, fiber fabric ducts are often irregular in shape and lack ventilation because they rely on static pressure to maintain their form. Additionally, during ventilation, the instantaneous changes in shape often result in noise and significant vibrations, severely affecting the duct's usability and lifespan.

To address the issues present in the prior art, a novel air duct system with an inner supporting fiber fabric has been proposed. This design enables the duct to maintain its appearance independently. The inner support system is supported by a ring-shaped framework, ensuring that the walls of the Fabric Air Duct system remain taut. When the system is not in operation, the utility model maintains the appearance of a complete circular pipe. This eliminates the loose and sagging phenomena commonly seen in cloth bag air duct systems when no air is flowing, making the air duct more aesthetically pleasing. It also prevents the impact noise caused by airflow at the system's ends upon startup and reduces the system's impact force on the duct, thereby effectively extending the duct's service life.

The inner-supporting component is primarily supported by the ring-shaped framework. The closed ring boasts strong hardness, high-temperature resistance, cold resistance, and bending resistance, with a service life of up to 15 years.
