Application Description and Advantages of Inner Supporting Air Duct

The inner-supporting component is primarily supported by the ring-shaped framework. The closed ring boasts advantages such as high hardness, heat resistance, cold resistance, and bend resistance. Its service life can reach up to 15 years. Different pipe diameters correspond to different specifications (the tension of the closed ring ranges from 0.5N to 10N). The closed ring is inserted into the interlayer of the reserved air duct, with support pieces provided at the end of the Bag Air Duct or at positions where the air duct changes direction. Typically, one support ring is arranged approximately every two meters along the straight pipe section, and all fiber fabric air ducts are tightened. When the air duct is not ventilated, it relies on the circumferential tension of the closed ring and the tensile force at both ends of the air duct to maintain its shape. When the air duct is ventilated, an instant static pressure is generated within the pipe. However, since the surface of the air duct itself has a certain degree of tension, it does not produce noise or vibration, thereby achieving the effects of noise reduction and vibration reduction.
